We re seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN Physician for an ongoing locum opportunity in Wilson, North Carolina. This inpatient-only assignment offers ongoing beeper call coverage within a supportive Women s & Children s unit.

Inpatient-only setting
️ 12-bed department
Approximately 650 deliveries annually
Patients per shift: 3 8
️ RN support: 2 nurses
Strong provider and unit support available
Critical coverage need to maintain unit operations
Call Details
Beeper call coverage
Call ratio: 1:4
️ Required response time: 15 minutes
Average phone consults: 5 per shift
Average patients seen: 3 5
Admissions average: 4
Call coverage includes both OB and GYN patients
Required Clinical Skills
Low and high-risk pregnancy management
FHR interpretation including NST/CST/FSE
OB ultrasounds and interpretation
Routine and complicated vaginal deliveries
C-sections
Breech deliveries
Multiple births
VBAC management
Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
Minor office gynecology procedures
Open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery
Operative gynecology procedures
Current circumcision experience required
