Apartment Service Manager Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a hands-on Apartment Service Manager to lead the maintenance team at an apartment community. This role includes overseeing unit turns, training staff, managing work orders and vendors, and supporting property operations.
Responsibilities: - Train and supervise the maintenance team
- Manage make-ready board and unit turns
- Use Yardi, OneSite, or similar software for work orders and P.O.s
- Coordinate vendors and track maintenance budgets
- Ensure property safety, curb appeal, and timely repairs
- Report directly to the Property Manager
Qualifications: - 1-2+ years in apartment maintenance supervision
- EPA and HVAC certification required (CPO or CAMT is a plus)
- Skilled in Yardi/OneSite, leadership, and multitasking
- Able to perform physical maintenance duties as needed
- Valid IDs and successful background check required
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform maintenance tasks such as climbing ladders, moving appliances, and entering confined spaces.
