HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS
GOOD PAY - We offer a pay plan that includes performance-based bonuses so when the shop does better, you do better! Our pay ranges from $80K - $120K per year
WORK LIFE BALANCE (GET YOUR LIFE BACK!)- We believe that people need their time to recharge, and we're committed to you being happy inside and outside of the shop. We offer a five-day work week (NO WEEKENDS), holiday pay, paid time off so you can take time off when you need to and spend time doing the things you love with the people you care for.
Qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
The ideal candidate would have 3+ years under their belt working in a professional diesel repair business. This role offers the opportunity to work on specialized emergency vehicles, perform critical repairs, and develop your skills through ongoing training.
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, transmissions, brakes, suspensions, hydraulics, and other heavy-duty systems on emergency vehicles
- Conduct vehicle maintenance including tire service, shocks & struts, wheel alignments, and electrical diagnostics
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Fabricate or modify parts using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and fabrication techniques as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently while performing repairs and maintenance tasks
- Document all repairs and maintenance activities accurately in service records
