What You?ll Champion:
- Provide clinical oversight for a 10?12 bed ED Observation Unit, delivering 12?18-hour monitoring and care coordination, while collaborating with the hospital medicine team managing 300+ inpatient beds (excluding ICU)
- Seeking Experienced Hospitalist APP (AGACNP or Physician Assistant) with 3?5 years of inpatient experience; ideal candidates thrive working independently in a fast-paced hospital medicine environment with rapid patient turnover, admissions, and discharges for low-acuity patients
- Support hospital operations and patient flow by providing coverage for ED holds and ED Observation (EDOP) patients, within a high-volume health system
- Flexible 7-on / 7-off hospitalist schedule (Thursday?Wednesday) with 12-hour day shifts (7:00 a.m. ? 7:00 p.m.)
