• Simultaneous coverage and physician oversight of:
• Inpatient Palliative Medicine Consult Service
• Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic
• Home-based Hospice Care Service

Patient Volume:

• Average inpatient consult census: patients/day
• Patients shared between the physician and APPs

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
• BLS
• Active Michigan license
