DocStar Medical Partners is seeking a Medical Oncologist (MD/DO) for a 6-month locum assignment at a hospital in Massachusetts.

Position Highlights - Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- No call, no weekends
- Balanced workload: Clinical + administrative time built in
Clinical Expectations - Each 4-hour session:
- 1 new patient + 6 established patients
- (If no new patients: up to 8 established)
- Daily Volume: established patients + 1 2 new patients
- Setting: Clinic & infusion center
- EMR: Epic
Responsibilities - Provide comprehensive oncology care for adult patients
- Manage patients in both clinic and infusion settings
- Coordinate care, follow up on labs/results, and address patient needs
Weekly Structure - 3 days/week: Scheduled clinic & infusion patient care
- 2 days/week: Administrative time (documentation, follow-ups, test results)
- Must be available onsite as needed for urgent infusion-related patient issues
Requirements - MD, DO, or MD/PhD
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in Medical Oncology
- BLS certification
- 2+ years post-fellowship experience
- Active MA license or willingness to obtain
