Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Potential extended clinic hours until 7:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays
- Coverage may rotate among three clinic locations within Richmond based on operational needs
Patient Volume
- Physicians: Approximately 25 patients per day
- APPs: Approximately 20 patients per day
Documentation Expectations
- All patient encounters must be completed and closed by 8:30 AM the following morning

Clinical Responsibilities
- Comprehensive physical examinations
- Preventive health screenings and wellness visits
- Diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions
- Medication management and prescribing
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
- Care coordination and specialist referrals
- Family and community health education
- Participation in quality improvement initiatives
Additional Clinical Experience Preferred
- Preventive medicine
- Behavioral health integration
- Community health and population health management
- Women's health and basic gynecologic care
- Minor procedures within scope of training
Ideal Candidate
- Family Medicine Physician with strong outpatient experience
- Active Virginia license and DEA registration
- Comfortable seeing 25 patients per day
- Efficient and timely with documentation
- Flexible to work across multiple clinic locations
