  • Start 9/21 -ongoing

  • Shifts: 5x8 hours or 4x10 hours (8-hour shifts preferred)
  • Case mix: General anesthesia; "bread and butter" cases
  • Patient volume: 15-30 per day
  • Hospital size: 283 beds
  • EMR: Epic
  • Certifications: BC, NBCRNA, SC license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Credentialing/privileging timeframe (varies by source):
  • With active SC license: 60-90 days noted in one section; elsewhere up to 4 months
  • Without SC license: minimum 120 days
