A commercial painting company is looking for an experienced painting estimator. Only experienced painting estimators will be considered. This position is a full time position.
A qualified individual should:
Be able to provide complete pricing for project based on photos and plans provided
Perform complete Takeoff in industry standard software packages (i.e. PlanSwift)
Assist in any requested pricing updates based on plan changes
Demonstrate history of expertise in paint estimation, coating and finishes (paint, wallcovering, wall panels, ) surveying
Full delivery of proposals and completion of the sales cycle
Requirements
Be able to provide samples of takeoff completed in commercial painting field
Experience in commercial painting estimation
Proficiency of computer skills
Strong communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Excellent people skills
Reliable and able to work independently
