We are looking for a dynamic Medical Assisting and educational leader who understands how important their students are. If you are customer student centered, have a strong work ethic. You are who we are looking for.

The Medical Assistant Instructor is responsible for training and guiding students in medical assisting programs. This role involves providing hands-on clinical instruction, lecturing,assessing student progress, and supporting learners throughout their education to prepare them for successful careers in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

  • Train students in medical assisting skills and procedures
  • Provide clinical instruction and demonstrate medical techniques
  • Assess and evaluate student performance regularly
  • Offer academic and emotional support to students
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and clinical partners
  • Incorporate technology and digital tools into training sessions

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in medical assisting
  • Previous teaching experience a plus
