The Team Manager Developmental will lead and develop a medium-sized team (6-15 members) within the grocery retail sector. This role requires managing team performance, fostering staff growth, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration using tools like Slack, Teams, and custom in-house platforms. Operating under moderate supervision, the manager will focus on achieving team goals and maintaining smooth project execution without the need for travel or off-site meetings.

Responsibilities
