What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a full pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement
- Leading and mentoring a team of 2-3 case staff
- Investigating liability and damages to maximize case value
- Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the legal process
- Negotiating settlements with insurance companies
- Communicating with adjusters, opposing counsel, and medical providers
- Driving cases toward successful and efficient resolutions
- Maintaining organized and accurate case files using case management software
What We're Looking For
- Active California Bar License in good standing
- 2+ years of personal injury pre-litigation experience
- Experience handling:
- Motor Vehicle Accidents
- Slip and Fall Cases
- Premises Liability
- General Negligence Matters
- Strong settlement negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Strong organizational and case management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
