We are looking for 1-2 HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team! Your role will be to install new & replace existing heating and air conditioning systems & ductwork, mini-splits & heat pumps for our metro-west based customers in Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Needham, Chestnut Hill, Natick & other surrounding towns. A positive attitude is a must!
Primary Responsibilities: - Install heat pumps, gas furnaces and air conditioning systems
- Install mini-splits & ducted heat pumps
- Install ductwork in homes
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Secondary Responsibilities: - Perform routine preventative maintenance (as needed)
- Respond to emergency requests
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications: - Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Valid Drivers License
- EPA Certification
