Location: Youngstown, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight)
Pay: $25-$28/hr to start
Expected Total Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Youngstown, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work alongside your team to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and production efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team on 3rd shift
- Assign and prioritize maintenance tasks to support production needs
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs as needed
- Inspect machinery and monitor performance to prevent downtime
- Lead preventive maintenance programs
- Manage attendance, scheduling, and employee performance
- Coach, train, and develop team members
- Enforce company policies, including progressive discipline
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and procedures
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
- Strong hands-on maintenance experience (mechanical & electrical)
- Experience with hydraulics, PLCs, and three-phase electrical systems
- Proven ability to lead preventive maintenance programs
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
- Ability to work overnight/3rd shift consistently
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs
- Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods
- Ability to wear required PPE at all times
Safety Responsibilities
- Lead by example with all safety policies and procedures
- Ensure team compliance with PPE requirements
- Identify and report hazards immediately
- Participate in and lead safety initiatives and meetings
Additional Requirements
- Drug testing required (pre-employment, random, post-accident, and for-cause)
