About the Job
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
- Communicate repair options clearly and honestly
- Participate in on call rotation - we will never require more than one night per week on call, except on weekends
- Assist with installations when needed
What You Need
- HVAC experience preferred
- EPA certification a plus
- Valid driver's license
- Strong diagnostic skills
- Commitment to honesty and customer service
