Job description

  • Work Dates Needed: ASAP-8/3/2026
  • Preferred Schedule: Monday from 7a-5p (30), Tuesday from 6a-4p (30) and Friday from 7a-330p (30)
  • Worksite Setting: Onsite Outpatient Health Clinic
  • Scope: 8-15 ppd, primary/acute care, all ages
  • Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OH license, BLS and DEA. Must be able to see all ages. Primary Care experience
  • EMR: EPIC
