Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $18.72/hour
- Additional Compensation:
- Orientation: $255-262.50 (half the hourly rate for the first 8 hours)
- Call Rate: $4,600-$4,800 per 24 hours (including 8 hours free)
- 24-Hour Holiday Call Rate: $6,900-$7,200
- Call Back: $510-$525/hour after free hours, prorated
- Holiday Call Back: $765-$787.50/hour after free hours

What You ll Do
- Provide interventional cardiology services, including PCI and diagnostic caths
- Manage STEMI cases and perform urgent cardiac procedures
- Interpret echocardiograms, stress tests, and heart caths
- Follow your designated patients until case completion
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including cardiologists, NP, and support staff
- Cover inpatient and outpatient settings, with consultation and emergency response responsibilities
- Support hospital services with high-quality cardiac care during assigned shifts
What You Need
Required: - Valid medical license for Oregon
- Extensive experience with PCI, diagnostic caths, and STEMI coverage
- Ability to perform interventional procedures and interpret related diagnostics
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Preferred: - Board certification in Cardiology
- Prior locum or temporary staffing experience
About the Assignment
Join a well-staffed facility at Mercy Health-Shaw Heart & Vascular in Roseburg, OR, where your expertise will provide critical support for inpatient and outpatient cardiac care. The team handles approximately 5 consults daily, including coronary angiograms and PCI, in a supportive environment with advanced EMR systems. You will be the sole provider during your shifts, working alongside dedicated hospitalist teams and anesthesia as needed.
