360 Custom Contracting LLC, we're looking for an experienced remodeler who can confidently handle all phases of residential renovation work while maintaining the high standards our clients expect.
This isn't a position for someone who needs constant supervision. We're looking for a skilled professional who can think ahead, communicate clearly, and take ownership of their work.
What You'll Be Doing - Performing residential remodeling work including framing, trim, cabinetry installation, drywall/finishes, painting, doors, windows, flooring, and finish carpentry.
- Reading and understanding project plans and scopes of work.
- Working closely with project managers, subcontractors, and homeowners.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Identifying problems early and helping develop solutions.
- Using company job management software for daily updates, photos, notes, and project communication.
- Delivering quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations.
Must-Haves - 5+ years of residential remodeling experience.
- Strong finish carpentry skills.
- Reliable truck and a clean and valid driver's license.
- Professional-grade hand and power tools.
- Experience using smartphones, tablets, and job management software.
- Ability to work independently and lead when needed.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and professional.
Bonus Points For - Experience with kitchen and bathroom renovations.
- Ability to manage small crews or subcontractors.
- Experience with layout, planning, and project sequencing.
- Customer service experience.
- Not afraid of heights.
- Bilingual abilities.
