A well-established, medium-sized law firm located in Ocean County is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. Our firm focuses on a diverse and engaging range of practice areas including:
- Local Government Representaiton
- Workers' Compensation
- Personal Injury
- Insurance Defense
- Municipal Prosecuting
We are open to both newly admitted attorneys and experienced practicioners. This position offers meaningful hands-on experience, courtroom exposure and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilites may include:
- Handeling litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Court appearances, motion practice and discovery
- Representing municipalities, public entities, insurers and private clients
- Legal research, writing, and client communication
Qualifications:
- Admission to the New Jersey Bar (or pending admission)
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
- Interest in public sector and litigation-based practice areas
