Position Overview:
We are seeking a fully certified HVAC Technician eager to learn a new, highly complementary trade. In this role, you will initially leverage your HVAC knowledge to handle climate control calls while undergoing hands-on training to diagnose, service, and repair major household appliances (refrigerators, washers/dryers, ovens, dishwashers, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- HVAC Service: Diagnose, maintain, and repair residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems in the greater Tulsa area.
- Appliance Repair Training: Actively participate in hands-on training to master major home appliance mechanics and electronics.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service in customers' homes, explaining technical issues clearly and offering honest solutions.
- Troubleshooting: Use schematics, blueprints, and diagnostic tools to isolate and fix mechanical and electrical failures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of parts used, work completed, and customer invoices via our service app.
- Inventory & Safety: Keep the company service van clean, organized, and properly stocked with necessary tools and parts.
What We Are Looking For
- Certifications: Valid EPA Universal Certification and formal HVAC training/licensure required.
- Experience: Hands-on HVAC field experience.
- Adaptability: A strong desire to learn a new trade and a willingness to ask questions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a professional, customer-first demeanor.
- Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver heavy appliances.

- Structured Compensation: $15.00/hour during your initial appliance training phase, moving to a stable $18.00/hour salary position once ready for solo field calls. With opportunity for raises every 6 months to a year.
