Welder/ Spot Welder
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic knowledge of spot welding processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work in a team.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to learn, take direction and adapt to new tasks. Adherence to safety procedures and guidelines.
Previous On-The-Job Department Training. Will Train.
- Operate spot welding machines following standard operating procedures
- Load and unload materials onto the welding machine
- Perform basic setup and adjustment of welding equipment
- Monitor the quality of spot welds and make necessary adjustments
- Prepare and clean workpieces before welding
- Assist in the assembly of sheet metal parts and components
- Inspect finished products for defects and report any issues to the Supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
- Other duties as assigned
$20.00-24.00/hr DOE
6:00am-2:30pm
