Modality: Emergency Medicine

Schedule: Flexible PRN coverage (weekdays & weekends)
Shifts:
- Monday: 6:30a 4p, 10a 9p, 3p 12a, 9p 7a
- Tuesday: 6:30a 4p, 10a 9p, 4p 12a, 9p 7a
- Wednesday Friday: 6:30a 4p, 11a 9p, 4p 12a, 9p 7a
- Saturday & Sunday: 7a 4p, 11a 9p, 4p 12a, 9p 7a
Assignment Details:
- 45-bed ED + 5 triage rooms
- Level III Trauma Center
- Specialty backup includes Surgery, Neuro, Cardiology, OB/GYN, Ortho
- Charting: EPIC
Physician Requirements:
- BC/BE EM, FM, or IM with 2+ years of EM experience
- Active OH license & DEA, or IMLC eligible with ability to obtain quickly
- CAQH attestation required
Submission / Credentialing:
- No temps allowed
- 90 day privileging once app is submitted
- Required items: completed application, COI, credentials, education/training/licensure verification, 5 year claims history, full work history, 3 peer references
- Documents needed: state license & DEA, degree, residency certificate, board certificate, photo, driver s license, TB, flu
- ABEM: no ongoing cert maintenance; must show ATLS once in the past
- ABFM/ABIM: must maintain ATLS
