Position Details
- Schedule: Monday Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Coverage Type: Outpatient Clinic
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP upon credentialing
Clinical Responsibilities
- Bread-and-butter Family Medicine
- Treat pediatric through adult patients
- Preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Average 16 patients per day
- 30-minute appointment times

Requirements
Board Certified Family Medicine REQUIRED
Internal Medicine accepted if comfortable seeing all ages
Active New Hampshire License REQUIRED
BLS Certification REQUIRED
DEA REQUIRED
Minimum 1 year experience
Recent EPIC experience preferred
Additional Information
- Outpatient only
- No hospital privileges required
- Credentialing approximately 90 days
- Immediate need for providers who can hit the ground running
