Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 05/29/2026
• End Date: Ongoing for at least 2 months
  • After 2 months, will need sporadic coverage
• Schedule: 24 hour call, 7 am to 7 am
  • Clinic hours are 7a-4p, Mon-Fri
• Open Dates: May 29 (7a) - June 26 (7a)

Clinical Details

• Full service acute care hospital
• Practice Caseload: Adult 100%; Hospital 100%
• Physicians in practice: 1; Mid-levels: 2
• Onsite lab and x-ray
• Documentation System: EPIC
• Total number of beds: 250; ICU beds: 60
• Required procedures include: General CV/Thoracic/Vascular Surgeries, Coronary artery bypass surgery, Congenital defects, Valvular repair/replacements, Aneurysm repair, Lung resection (including VATs), Chest wall/pleural procedures, Esophagus/diaphragm surgeries, Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal), Ventilation management, Bronchoscopy, Evaluation & management of acute vol/BP issues
• Coverage is for call and will assist in the office/clinic setting
• Support Staff: APPs

Requirements

• Board Certified in Cardiovascular, Thoracic and Vascular Surgery
• BLS/ACLS
• OH state license or IMLC LOQ in hand
• Clean MP/background - Highly Preferred
  • Site is only able to accept MP cases with low payouts, less than $100k and dismissed background findings
• Must be able to cover listed dates
• Clean file for emergency temp privs
