Patient Population: Adult Hematology & Oncology Patients
Setting: Outpatient Clinic & Hospital
Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive hematology and oncology care, outpatient clinic coverage, inpatient consults, chemotherapy management, EMTALA call coverage, and collaborative multidisciplinary cancer care within a regional referral center
Required Procedures: Intrathecal Chemotherapy & Hematology/Oncology Management
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: Multidisciplinary Oncology Team
Days Per Month: Ongoing Coverage Required
On-Call/Weekends: Yes 7a-7a EMTALA Call Coverage

Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology or Medical Oncology Required
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Required
- Kentucky License Highly Preferred
- BLS & ACLS Required

- Intrathecal Chemotherapy Experience Required
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy Experience Highly Preferred
