Job description


  • Start/End: 9/1/2026 - Ongoing
  • Clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Call: 1:4; trauma call
  • Setting covered: Clinic, OR, and call
  • Patient volume: 14-16 office patients/day
  • Population: Adults and pediatrics (Facility Peds Level II)
  • Facility trauma level: II
  • Scope: General head & neck (required); complex head & neck (preferred)
  • Required procedures: Surgical ENT; endoscopic septal and sinus; laryngoscopy; tracheotomy; thyroidectomy
  • Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology, BLS certification
  • Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 days
