Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing while they seek a permanent provider
Setting: Outpatien t, Clinic based Shifts: M-F, 8:30 - 4:30 + Call every 3rd week nights of days worked + weekend; No Holidays at clinic Requirements:
  • Board Certified Rheumatologist
  • Active, unrestricted IL license
  • Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
