Job description

Start Date: ASAP, 6+ months

Schedule: Monday-Friday- 8a-5p
7/14-7/18, 7/21-7/25, 7/28-8/1, 8/25-8/29, 9/22-9/26, 10/13-10/17, 10/20-10/24, 10/27-10/31

Setting: Clinic

Duties: New patients, follow up visits, therapeutic treatments (Botox, ONB. etc.)

Required Procedures: Minimal, Botox, ONB, etc.

Patient Volume: 13-15 per day

EMR: EPIC
