Our clientele includes a wide range of professionals such as contractors, design-builders, subcontractors, owners, architects, and engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in mediation, litigation, and arbitration to resolve construction disputes.
- Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts.
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings and motions.
- Prepare and respond to discovery requests effectively.
- Assist in preparing cases for trial or arbitration.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of litigation experience, with a preference for those with a background in construction law.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Demonstrated experience in case preparation for trial or arbitration.
- Familiarity with construction contracts is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with clients, providing clarity on legal and practical issues in construction disputes.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must hold a valid law license in Missouri or Ohio.
