Locums, Inc. is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner for four days of coverage in April 2021 at an agricultural site in Santa Maria, CA tending to the employees and their families. Provider will be needed for Wellness exams, blood drawing, Weight management, Diabetes, Nutrition, and Stress management. About the Opportunity:- Period of Performance is April 5-8 2021- 4/5/21 7am 4pm- 4/6/am 7pm- 4/7/21 7am 1am- 4/8/21 7am 4pm- Estimated 3-4 patients/hour - Malpractice insurance provided- 1099 Contractor position- Located in downtown Santa Maria, CA- Provider and one MOA will be only staff on site during coverage daysRequirements:- Active and unrestricted California State Nurse Practitioners license- Board Certified as FNP- Current Collaborative agreement with Physician- Active and unrestricted DEA License- Active BLS or ACLS certifications - 2 to 5 years experience in a clinical setting; Urgent Care or OccMed preferred- Expert level EMR usage desired; eClinicalWorks experience preferred - Phlebotomist certification desired- 3 References
