Highly respected and well-established law firm is currently seeking an Insurance Coverage Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience for their Houston office. 1st and 3rd party coverage experience preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- Strong skills in analyzing, researching, and drafting briefs on intricate insurance issues.
- The ability to think strategically and analytically, manage substantial caseloads, and work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in arguing motions, conducting and defending depositions, and overseeing discovery
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Experience in preparing for trials
- Strong academic background
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing abilities
- Texas Licensure in good standing
