Critical Care/Trauma Physician Assistant

Duration: June 2026 3 months minimum.
Schedule: 3-4 nights per week
Shift: 7p-7a (Nights)
Call: none
Patient volume: 8-10 rounds per day
Scope: 100% inpatient. The patients on this unit are mostly post cardiac surgical procedures Open Heart ect
Procedures performed in the ICU: Arterial catheters, venous lines, Swan-Ganz catheters, chest tube placement (APP needs exp treating these type of patients post Op)
EMR: Cerner, transitioning to Epic 6/1
Hospital: Level 1 trauma center
Group/support: 4 CT surgeons, 1-2 additioanl APP's
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified with an active New York Medical License.
