Attorney - Litigation AND/OR Trusts & Estates

Busy Law Firm is seeking an attorney with experience in Litigation or Tax, Trusts, & Estates to join its team! to join our team in a fully in-office role.

Responsibilities

• Handle estate, trust, and probate litigation cases effectively
• Manage business dispute resolution
• Handle guardianships and conservatorships
• Participate in corporate and real estate litigation matters
• Collaborate with legal teams to develop case strategies
• Provide counsel on tax, trusts, and estates issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in New Jersey
• Licensed to practice in New York or eligibility to waive in is a plus
• 3+ years of litigation experience at a law firm
• Experience or exposure to tax, trusts & estates, real estate, business, and/or commercial law
