Busy Law Firm is seeking a highly skilled transactional commercial real estate attorney to join our growing team!

Required Qualifications

5 to 30 years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
Deep substantive knowledge or experience in one or more of the following commercial real estate practice areas: Commercial Leasing, Joint Ventures, Acquisitions and Dispositions, Real Estate Finance.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently.
Excellent judgment and client counseling skills.
