Sucato Law Group, a leading firm specializing in estate planning and estate administration, is expanding its team and is seeking a skilled Attorney to join our Bayonne, New Jersey office.

Responsibilities
The position is in - person and on site. Primarily transactional work.
Administering Estates and Trusts
Preparing Estate Planning documents, including, Wills, Revocable Living Trusts, Living Wills, Power of Attorney, LLC Formations, Deed Transfers.
Associate Attorney position immediately available for currently licensed attorney.
Pay range is: $85,000 - $110,000 commensurate with experience.
$1,000 bonus that vests at 3 months of employment upon successful performance review.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience. Sucato Law Group also provides benefits, professional development opportunities, mentorship and a supportive team culture.
