Associate Attorney - Estate Planning, Estate Administration & Elder Law
We're seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Associate Attorney to join our growing practice focused on estate planning, estate administration, and elder law.
What You'll Do:
- Draft and implement estate plans (wills, trusts, POAs, healthcare directives)
- Handle probate and trust administration
- Advise clients on Medicaid and long-term care planning
- Build client and referral relationships
- Help grow the practice through initiative and leadership
Who You Are:
- Licensed attorney (or pending admission)
