Responsibilities: - Advise clients on a wide range of commercial legal matters, including litigation, contracts, and business transactions.
- Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, real estate disputes, and other commercial litigation cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements to ensure compliance and protect client interests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client objectives.
- Represent clients in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.
- Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments to provide comprehensive legal support.
- Assist in the development of legal strategies to mitigate risks and enhance business operations.
Requirements: - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New York State.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in relevant law fields.
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
