Responsibilities Include

  • Managing a large, active caseload of Workers' Compensation claimant matters from intake through resolution, including hearings, depositions, and appeals
  • Counseling and communicating directly with clients throughout all stages of their claims
  • Collaborating with medical experts
  • Drafting correspondence, petitions, briefs, and legal memoranda
  • Appearing before WCJ's, the WCAB, and Commonwealth Court
  • Conducting legal research
  • Staying current with Workers' Compensation law and appellate decisions
