Responsibilities Include
- Managing a large, active caseload of Workers' Compensation claimant matters from intake through resolution, including hearings, depositions, and appeals
- Counseling and communicating directly with clients throughout all stages of their claims
- Collaborating with medical experts
- Drafting correspondence, petitions, briefs, and legal memoranda
- Appearing before WCJ's, the WCAB, and Commonwealth Court
- Conducting legal research
- Staying current with Workers' Compensation law and appellate decisions
