Are you a results-driven, experienced aesthetician with an understanding of skin health and advanced treatments?

We are seeking a Licensed esthetician with at least 6 months of hands-on experience to join our elite team. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, highly professional, and committed to providing outstanding service in a clinical, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, including but not limited to:

Microneedling
Acne treatments
Chemical peels
Microdermabrasion

  • Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate home-care products
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools, equipment, and treatment rooms per health regulations
  • Properly operate and maintain aesthetic equipment and devices
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and care
  • Upsell and cross-sell skincare products and services to support client results and spa revenue
  • Document services performed and maintain accurate treatment records
  • Collaborate with the medical and wellness team to ensure continuity of care and optimal client outcomes

Requirements

  • Valid California Esthetician License
  • Minimum 6 months of direct experience in a medical spa, dermatology, or high-end aesthetic practice
  • Deep knowledge of skin physiology, cosmetic ingredients, and advanced modalities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, professional bedside manner
  • Ability to assess skin types and conditions and tailor treatments accordingly
  • Meticulous attention to hygiene, sterilization, and detail
  • Proven ability to sell skincare products and services ethically and effectively
  • Passionate about staying current with skincare trends, products, and innovations
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Must be Bilingual: English/Spanish
  • Must be able to work the front desk as needed and greet patients
