Requirements: Education and Experience: Masters degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field and two (2) years of experience in analyzing and resolving computer technology issues. Specific Skills: Requires education or experience in: 1) CI/CD pipeline; 2) Kubernetes; 3) Jenkins; 4) Grafana; 5) Technical support for software security products; 6) Customer communication; 7) Technical writing. Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between Salary: $98,134.92 to $118,134.92 per year. In addition, this role is eligible for bonus.
