About the Role


In this role, you will lead restoration and reconstruction projects for residential and commercial properties impacted by fire, water, storm, and other disasters. This role combines project management, customer service, leadership, and construction expertise. You will oversee projects from initial assessment through completion, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, on budget, and to the highest industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and team members
  • Prepare and submit accurate project estimates in a timely manner
  • Review budgets and work orders prior to project initiation
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes
  • Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress in the field
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry regulations
  • Recruit, develop, and maintain relationships with skilled tradespeople and subcontractors
  • Achieve operational objectives related to sales, gross margin, and customer experience
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics during regular review meetings
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in construction and construction project management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation and customer relationship skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

-This position requires working in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments, including active construction and restoration sites. Team members may be required to:

  • Wear personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Stand and walk for extended periods
  • Bend, squat, climb stairs, and navigate job sites
  • Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Work in varying weather conditions and environments affected by property damage
