NP/PA Locums need in OH for FM/ OccMed

Locums need for employees and their family s health facility. NP/PA need is for Nov and Dec, 4 days per week, possible ongoing needs. Must be able to see ages 2+/ must have OH license and DEA. Compensation is 60/hr. Contact Antonio call/text or email

Need: NP/PA Occupational Health - Employees/Adults

When: Nov 1 - Dec 26, 2021

Shift: 7am to 4pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch

Responsibilities - Med Surveillance, annual physicals, DOT drug screens, case management.

RN and LPN on site as well.
