Duties: Experienced NP or PA for Family Medical Clinic
Patients 2 y/o and older. Willing to obtain Utah dispensing license.
Shifts 2p-7p four days per week
6-week assignment.
Training is provided prior to start date.
Two additional shifts are available Oct 14, 15 (could be the training)
