DESCRIPTION:

Onsite Clinic at a business providing Primary Care/Occ Med

Employee s and their families (2 years old and up)

Will see Walk-in patients for Primary Care, Wellness, Occ Health

Must be able to perform Phlebotomy and work independently

Must have 2 year of Primary Care experience with some OccMed/Urgent Care

REQUIREMENTS:

IN Active State License

BLS
