Shifts: Mon-Fri: M 12p-6p, Tu/Th 8a-6p, W 7a-3p, F 8a-6p

On-site clinics at business seeing employess and family members

Primary Care Clinic

Ages 3+, MA and NP in clinic, OccMed/Physicals/Workers Comp, Wellness Programs, Well Woman Exams/Pap Smears, Dispensing site.

Must have at least two years of experience as an NP in a similar setting

WI license

BLS required
