When: Asap - Oct 28, 2023

Shift: M-F

Shift hours: 8am to 4:30pm with an unpaid 30-min lunch

3-4 days per week, no weekends, no on call.

Family Medicine/ Acute Care/Primary Care background is preferred.

Strong, hard working team onsite including RN, MA, PT and Behavioral Health counselor
