Current open needs with PRN needs opening up throughout the year:

Warroad, MN: Adults only, Other providers in clinic, OccMed and Workers Comp experience req'd, dispensing, No DEA/dispensing license req'd.

Dates: 7/31-8/4, 8/28-9/1, 9/8, 9/15 6a-2:30p all shifts

Outpatient Primary Care Clinic

Primary Care/Acute Care with some Occ Med/Urgent Care - Employee Health

Must have MN license
