Location: Cherry Hill, NJ

1099 Contract Position

Shifts:

Mon/Thurs 8:am to 3:30pm

Tues - 8am to 6pm

Wed 9am to 4

Fri, and Sat 8am to 4:00 pm

Dates of Coverage: Asap-12/2024

Requirements:

Active New Jersey License

BLS

Description:

Patient s ages 5 and up

Clinic is staffed with 2 MA s and one provider

Has a dispensary

Average of 10-12 patients per day
