We are looking for someone who understands litigation and case management, but is ready to apply that experience in a more human environment without the litigation grind.

What You'll Do
Case Management & Client Support
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients with warmth and professionalism
Track case progress and deliverables across administrative, civil pre litigation and litigation cases, and advice and counsel matters
Prepare client updates and maintain a smooth workflow from intake to resolution
Coordinate with clients on case matters, document collection, and timelines
You possess the confidence and clarity to keep attorneys on task and meeting deadlines with ease
Anticipate needs and issues early so the team stays ahead of problems rather than reacting to them
Paralegal Work
Draft, proof, and format routine legal documents and shells
Calendar and track deadlines, hearings, tasks, etc. and alert attorneys to upcoming obligations
File and serve document in state, federal, and administrative courts
Maintain organized digital case files, including pleadings, correspondence, discovery and evidence
Manage document production, including Bates stamping, redactions, and privilege review
Calmly and proactively coordinate with agencies, opposing counsel, and service providers
You are Someone Who Is
- Located in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Able to work efficiently and effortleslys in a remote work environment
- Passionate about advocacy AND wants to work differently
- A case manager/paralegal with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a litigation environment
- Highly organized, naturally proactive, and easily able to manage multiple moving parts
- Tech comfortable, including law practice management (e.g. Practice Panther) and calendaring systems
- Solves problems independently
