Position: Full-Time Paralegal

Farzaneh Law Firm, P.C. is an established immigration law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to individuals, families, and businesses navigating the U.S. immigration system. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and compassionate Paralegal to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and help file immigration petitions with the supervision of our attorneys, for applications with USCIS, EOIR, DOS, and other government agencies.
- Draft legal correspondence, forms, affidavits, and supporting documentation.
- Communicate with clients regarding case status and document collection.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical case files.
- Track filing deadlines and case progress.
- Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and client consultations.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all filings before submission.
Qualifications Required:
- Paralegal Certificate or Paralegal Degree from an accredited institution.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Google Workplace and case management software.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in immigration law.
- Experience preparing USCIS forms and immigration filings.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
